Complete Guide to Admission Process for 2025-2026
At Mind Tree Public School, we have streamlined the admission process to make it simple and transparent for parents. Our admission procedure is designed to ensure that every child gets a fair opportunity to join our educational community.
We welcome applications for all classes from Nursery to Class 10. The admission process involves a few simple steps that can be completed either online or by visiting our school campus.
Fill out the admission enquiry form online or visit the school to submit your application. You can also call us or send a WhatsApp message for initial inquiry.
Fill Enquiry FormOur admission team will contact you to schedule a school visit. This gives you an opportunity to see our facilities and meet with the admission team.
Submit all required documents along with the completed admission form. Make sure all documents are properly attested and in order.
For certain classes, an interaction session or assessment may be conducted to understand the child's readiness and learning needs.
Upon successful completion of all steps, you will receive admission confirmation. Complete the fee payment to secure your child's seat.
Attend the orientation session and prepare for the new academic year. Welcome to the Mind Tree Public School family!
Original birth certificate issued by municipal authority or hospital. For Nursery/LKG, child should be 3+ years old.
Copy of Aadhaar card of the student and both parents/guardians.
4 recent passport-size photographs of the student and 2 photographs each of parents.
For students seeking admission from Class 1 onwards, original Transfer Certificate from previous school (if applicable).
Report cards and mark sheets from previous class (for admission in Class 2 onwards).
Valid address proof (Aadhaar card, electricity bill, rent agreement, etc.) of parent/guardian.
Health certificate from a registered medical practitioner (optional but recommended).
Duly filled and signed admission form available at the school office or downloadable from website.
Age calculation is based on 1st April 2025. For higher classes, admission is subject to availability of seats and academic performance.
Admissions are open for the academic year 2025-2026. Early application is recommended as seats are limited.
